For The Elderberry’s seasonal retreats, we observe each of the distinct seasons that Virginia offers us, along with the astrological weather, to host a day-long retreat that allows you to feel both fully present to your unique experience AND immersed in the larger energies that are moving through the collective and through the earth.

This season’s retreat will focus on delivering HEART MEDICINE. This isn’t just about the physical organ of the heart and the cardiovascular system. We will also be tending to your energetic heart-space, the space that deals with courage, bravery, joy, grief, discernment, and intuition. The physical and energetic heart are particularly receptive to loving attention and healing work during the heat of summer and Leo season, During this retreat, you’ll discover how tending to your heart can nourish you during the summer months and beyond.
